Quincy Yeubanks is a freshman communications major at Allen Community College. She is a native of El Dorado, Kansas, and attends Allen on a cheerleading scholarship. Quincy is a member of the Allen Red Devil Cheer Squad.

Aside from school, cheerleading, and, of course, writing for the Flame, Quincy enjoys reading, running, watching movies, and working at Around the Corner Coffee Shop in downtown Iola.

A veteran of journalism, having worked for her high school paper, Quincy hopes to use her experience to help make Allen’s online newspaper something students, faculty, staff, and administrators will want to read.
