On Thursday night, August 27, the Allen Library hosted its first ever Game Night. Library staff members had drinks, snacks, and games ready to go for all of Allen’s gamers.

About a dozen enthusiastic students arrived and by 7:30, Game Night was in full swing. Library staff directed and taught brand new designer games to students like Ticket to Ride, Pandemic, and the cooperative game Forbidden Island.

Library Director Sandy Moore says the event was a “great success,” and hinted at more game nights to come. “Look out for our upcoming chess tournament,” she said.
